I’m a Yoga Therapist, studio owner, retreat guide, and teacher trainer on a mission to empower people to participate in their own healing and regeneration. After using yoga to heal myself from chronic back pain over two decades ago, I’ve devoted my life to making the practice accessible, meaningful, and deeply restorative.

My journey began more than 20 years ago, when I was working in the Spanish radio industry and suddenly found myself suffering from chronic lower back pain. In search of relief, I turned to yoga—and through a dedicated and consistent practice, I experienced profound physical healing and transformation. That life-changing experience became the foundation of my path as a teacher.

Today, I own Ashland Yoga Center in Ashland, Oregon, where I offer classes, workshops, and mentorship. I also lead international and domestic yoga retreats designed to help people reconnect with their essence, vitality, and natural rhythm. In addition, I train aspiring yoga teachers through a comprehensive 200-hour program that emphasizes personal growth, embodied anatomy, and inclusive teaching skills.

My teaching is rooted in creating welcoming, self-paced environments. Over the years, I’ve taught in a wide range of settings—from studios and private homes to shelters, schools, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and churches—always with a focus on adaptability and individualized care.

My primary focus is working with people aged 50 and above who are committed to aging with strength, grace, and presence. I specialize in postural re-education, especially as it relates to the feet and pelvis, two foundational areas that influence how we walk, stand, sit, and move through life. When we improve alignment and address imbalances in these areas, we can prevent or ease chronic pain, enhance balance, and build sustainable strength.

My toolkit includes posture-aware movement, weight-bearing practices, integrative breathwork, somatic practices, Yoga Nidra, meditation, deep relaxation, and health coaching—all designed to support healing, wholeness, and empowered embodiment.
